Thank you for visiting and shopping at BKKFightGear Thailand. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For most items we have a free shipping policy. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We work with Thai Post, Kerry Logistics, Scootar and Lineman to deliver your products as fast as we can.
BKKFightGear ships to addresses within Thailand. Note that we do not deliver to mail boxes. If delivery is planned via Lineman or Scootar client needs to make sure he/she is available via mobile phone and present at the place of destination.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, we might provide you with tracking information if available.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
BKKFightGear has paid customs & import duties for delivered goods and will add 7% VAT to all goods delivered.
BKKFightGear is not liable for any products damaged or lost goods during shipping. If you received your order damaged or it is missing, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and if possible make pictures of the damage.
International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside Thailand.
How can I exchange or return my order?
After receiving products from BKKFightGear you have 30 days of consideration time. Within this period a product can be returned, but only if the product is in perfect condition and all labels and tags are still attached. It must be returned in the same packaging it arrived in.
If you wish to return one or more products, please fill in the return form that you can find in our website and clearly state the reason for returning the item(s):
We will contact you via email with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that you should write clearly on the outside of the box.
Then send the package back to:
New Land Building, Unit 25/5, 3rd Floor, Sukhumvit 33, Klong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok, 10110 Thailand
Please add a note with your name and RMA number. Make sure the product is decently packed to avoid damage to the products during transport. We cannot process damaged or lost returns. The shipping is always the responsibility of the sender.
We will process your demand as soon as the package arrives. We try our best to process your return within 7 work-days. When the returned product has been accepted, the total amount will be transferred back to your account or an alternative item will be shipped.
The costs of returning the product is on behalf of the client. If you want to exchange a product, we will sent it back to you without any costs. If there is a second exchange, the costs will be at your expense.
In order to avoid exchanges due to wrong sizing, we advise you to use the size charts available on our website.
